Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all RFID-blocking plates and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
